GHI is owned and operated by Robert Murdock and Jason Zegan. Together they have over 40 years experience in the manufactured home industry. Mr. Murdock has been involved in all aspects of the industry such as managing communities, buying and selling manufactured home communities to owning sales dealerships and communities as well. Mr. Zegan comes from a strong sales background and manages the sales efforts of GHI. In today's market the key to success identified by our industry is utilization of an “in house” sales strategy. Our core function provides a service that increases revenue producing sites within communities. We achieve this by providing a full staff dedicated to stopping homes from leaving parks, infilling vacant sites, aggressive marketing campaigns, sales, underwriting and finally asset management and collections. We also assist in finding funding sources for this type of sales process. Our corporate staff has over 90 years of experience and is second to none. The GHI corporate office is the center operations and is responsible for vital services including underwriting, servicing, accounting, training and titling. They focus on supporting all sales efforts generated by our managers and sales agents in the field. We have handpicked corporate employees throughout our years of operation. These employees have been employed by industry leaders including community operators, lenders and dealerships. Our regional managers are essential in the success we have experienced. These field generals on the frontlines reside in our area of operations. We believe in providing influential managers who truly lead by example. The regional managers oversee all elements of the sales process. GHI provides detailed training to our managers including our need satisfaction selling modules.  |



Guaranteed Housing, Inc. (GHI) specializes in filling spaces in manufactured home communities. We do this first by “stopping the bleeding”. We stop homes from getting sold to leave communities and secondly by infilling spaces with new and used homes. Currently GHI and its sister company, Nationwide Homes, Inc (NHI) operates in nine states for over nine different community owners and has been in business since 1992.
